RICHARD HILL
COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

Richard is a qualified solicitor and geologist with over 22 years experience in the Resource Industry. During this period Richard has performed roles as legal counsel, geologist and commercial manager for several major and mid cap Australian mining companies and more recently as founding director for a series of successful ASX-listed companies. Richard was also co-founder of an investment vehicle, Braeside Australia Limited which was the catalyst for several ASX-listed companies and returned over 20 times the value of funds initially invested within a 3 to 4 year period.
During his time in the resource industry Richard has gained a diversity of practical geological experience as a mine based and exploration geologist in a range of commodities and rock types. In his commercial and legal roles, he has been involved in project generation and evaluation, acquisition and joint venture negotiation, company secretarial functions, mining law and land access issues as well as local and overseas marketing and fund raising.
Richard is currently on the board of two ASX-listed companies, he is non-executive chairman of Genesis Minerals limited and a non-executive director for Centaurus Metals Limited.

JASON ENTWISTLE

Jason has over 20 years experience as a financial services executive and entrepreneur. During that time he has established a number of successful wealth management related businesses.
In 1990 he was part of a small team that created the successful Navigator master trust (now owned by National Australia Bank). After leaving the Navigator business in 1994, he established a consulting practice and consulted extensively on Portfolio Administration Platforms to over 20 leading financial institutions throughout Asia Pacific and the UK.
Jason was the co-founder of Avanteos, which was launched in 2001 and became Australia's first online Wrap Platform. Avanteos was later purchased by the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
Since leaving Avanteos in 2007, Jason has been a founder and active investor in the resource industry. Jason is currently working with ASX-listed Investor first Limited, an integrated financial services platform, he is chairman of Techdrill Civil and Mining Services Pty Ltd, an exploration drilling services business and was also a founding director of Centaurus Metals Limited, an ASX-listed resources company.
In 2009, Jason co-founded Westoria Capital Pty Ltd.

BRENDAN CUMMINS
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR

Brendan has over 20 years world wide experience in the mining industry as both a mine and exploration geologist. The majority of his experience has been in exploration geology, resource definition, project evaluation and acquisition having worked on a range of precious metal, base metal and industrial minerals projects throughout Australia and overseas.
Prior to joining Westoria, Brendan worked as Exploration Manager for Moly Mines Limited where he has managed the exploration and related technical aspects of various feasibility studies associated with the Spinifex Ridge Molybdenum / Copper Project and the Spinifex Ridge Iron Project. During this time the Mo-Cu resources increased fivefold to well over 1 billion tonnes containing 450,000t molybdenum, 750,000t copper and 40 Moz silver.
Brendan graduated from the University of Western Australia with First Class Honours in Geology. He is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG) and the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (MAIG).

ADRIAN HILL
FINANCE DIRECTOR AND COMPANY SECRETARY

Adrian is a senior executive with more than 20 years Australian and international experience in strategic and finance roles in the energy, infrastructure and investment banking industries. He has an established record in strategy development, investment analysis, transaction management, corporate structuring and capital raising.
He is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia. As a Chartered Accountant, Adrian worked on a range of clients within the mining and mineral exploration sector.
His international appointments included roles in investment banking in London with Credit Suisse First Boston and in the finance division of Natwest Markets global debt trading operation.
Adrian’s experience of the resources sector is illustrated by his role as a founding Director of a successful resource-based investment company, Dgali Investments Pty Ltd.
Adrian has also held senior executive roles within Australia. As General Manager for Strategy and Corporate Development at SP AusNet, his main focus was providing strategic and commercial oversight for the business and leading transaction management.
Adrian is currently a non-executive director of ASX-listed Southern Crown Resources Limited. |
